Job     Job Title: eCommerce Program Mgr Location(s): Shanghai Number: 1 Company: American Company Responsibilities: - Source business requirements, design and develop eCommerce (B2C or B2B) solution that meets business requirements and needs by customer segment - Design, develop, document and train users on business process (including roles/responsibilities, workflows, change management, linkages to other functional areas) - Maintains catalogue data accuracy, relevance and timeliness so as to support business needs Requirements: Knowledge and Skills: - Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree in Business Administration, Marketing, eCommerce, IT or related technical field of study. Master's (graduate) degree in Business Administration preferred - At least 6 to 8 years project/program management experience using a defined project management methodology, knowledge of the technical computing market - Prior experience in eBusiness related roles, working with customers (consumer or commercial), industry experience, developing and executing strategic projects, driving implementation of eBusiness objectives across organizations/functions and working with senior management would be required - Skills include: demonstrable leadership skills, consulting, communication, team work, ability to work autonomously, tolerance of ambiguity, analytical, influence and persuasion, decision making/problem solving, flexibility, creativity, initiative, interpersonal, presentation and sales skills - Fluency in English and Mandarin and project management Other Competencies: - Aptitude and ability to develop and implement work-around solutions - Drive and manage change in a fast-moving environment - Able to work under pressure and perform under crisis situation
