Job     Job Title: Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist-Electornics Location(s): Shanghai Number: 1 Company: American Company Responsibilities: - Specialists learn will serve Steering product lines (EPS and EPHS) - Specialists will focus on critical electronic suppliers/commodity - Perform analysis on current electronic supplier and ensure compliance with requirements - Utilize SQA and engineering standard metrics and methodology in dealing with different suppliers superiors - Interface/coordinate with electronics engineering group - Interface/coordinate with SDE and purchasing group - Conduct targeted audits and drive for closure of issue - Engage high profile/severity electronics quality concerns and issue closure - Establish and deploy "Electronics critical commodity supplier" audit and follow-up schedule - Control critical supplier reviews with assigned suppliers/commodity Requirements: - Electronic Engineering degree - 6Sigma Green or Black belt preferred - Deep electronic assembly, component, as well as mfg. process and Quality System control knowledge - Problem solving is also one of the attributes that the specialists will have to process - Extensive manufacturing and operations experience with emphasis on quality and supplier quality/development
