Job     Job Title: Programm Mgr Location(s): Shanghai Number: 1 Company: American Company Responsibilities: - Support Project acquisition activities of Business Development Team - Coordinate the overall OEM(s) related BC Business activities - Communication Interface to local and international project team. - Support of OEM in all phases of development, including the launch of vehicle production - Develop Business plans together with BC BD and the VAT for the related customer Requirements: Professional Experience: - 3+ yrs experience in product development as a Software, Hardware, or Project Engineer in electrical product oriented industry. - 3+ years experience. Experience of product development cycle. - Intercultural Experience desirable. - Capable & interested to work & communicate with foreign professionals in English. Additional requirements: - Bachelor degree majoring in Electrical Engineering /Physics - Good communicator / Team player - Good presentation and explanation skills - Goal oriented and ambitious - Organized and good time management skills - Cultural and language wise open - Capability to deal with high work loads - 50% travel outside regional office - Willingness to relocate to Shanghai, Changchun, Chongquing, (Nanjing/ other)
