Job     Job Title: Public Relations Mgr Location(s): Shanghai Number: 1 Company: American Company Responsibilities: - Identify needs of Kao business and execute communication activities internally and externally to support business strategies - Establish effective communication with government, consumer organization and mass media; develop various PR tools such as propaganda leaflet, homepage, etc. Requirements: - Bachelor degree or above - 5+ years working experience in multinationals (FMCG preferable) or PR firms - At least 2-3 years professional experience in communication or PR related fields - Outstanding interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills - Exposure and familiarity with local government, mass media, regulations and practices - Good command of English (CET-6 or above) - A self-starter and team player
