Job     Job Title: Quality Management System Leader Location(s): Shanghai Number: 1 Company: American Company Responsibilities: Responsibilities: - Oversee TCS Asia quality management system and working with related functions and factories to drive QMS improvement from supplier, engineering, manufacturing and customer perspectives Initial and immediate Tasks / Duties: - Conduct assessment on TCS current quality management system from supplier, engineering, manufacturing and customer perspectives to identify the opportunities for improvement - Working with each QMS element leaders to develop improvement plan for gap closure - Align with corporate QMS improvement strategies to implement and drive key initiatives for Asia * NCI (New Component Introduction) project auditing * Manufacturing process certification * Critical Features identified based upon CTQ and field feedback for WinSPC implementation - Develop strategies for Asia overall QMS improvement Requirements: - Experience on implementing or deploying Quality Management System companywide - Strong interpersonal and leadership skill, working effectively in an open consensus oriented team environment - Project management - Knowledge in Air-condition & refrigeration is a plus - Strong analytical ability, Six Sigma -Black Belt/Green Belt certified or trained is preferred - Fluent speaking and written in English & Mandarin
