Job     Job Title: Safety Mgr Location(s): Shanghai Number: 1 Company: American Company Responsibilities: - Submit all required safety report and data in timely manner - Direct and promote all safety programs implementation - Direct safety improvement program for all functions - Provide safety consultation - Chair safety committee daily operation - Organize and review Job Safety Analysis work - Maintain and update safety policies & procedures \safe work instructions \safety training material - Organize and conduct safety training to employee - Direct incident investigation and corrective action plan implementation - Organize safety audit and corrective action plan implementation - Organize and chair safety meeting - Be responsible of maintain good relationship with safety department of municipal - Collect and analyze all safety related data to see safety performance trend and find potential safety risks, promote employee led safety program in whole company Requirements: - Bachelor degree or above, majored in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related subjects - At least 5 years relevant experiences in manufacturing industry, with a minimum of 3 years experience in EHS management system - Good command of written & spoken English - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skill - Initiative, hard-working and able to work under pressure
