Job     Job Title: Supply Chain Mgr Location(s): Shanghai Number: 1 Company: American Company Responsibilities: Three Major functions of SCM: Supply by customer demand: measured by the satisfaction index of internal sales and customers - Proactively Research all the demands of internal sales and customers then establish a demand database - Build up a JIT-Just In Time logistic process to deliver customer demands in time - Set up a IT system to well communicate with customer and searched by Sales Chain by linking network across HVAC industry: Measured by no. of suppliers and products been set up in database - Schedule Evaluate and well manage Suppliers' performance - Build up outsourcing capability and net work communication with related suppliers in HVAC industry - Set up a IT system to well communicate with suppliers and searched by Sales Management of the cost and process: Measured by percentage been cost down and process operated smoothly - Empower the bargain power by consolidate whole China needs to get better buy price, say 5% saving at least Mission: - Challenge the existing custom in system - Provide resolution per findings - Drive Operation smoothly - Planning - Design General scope of work: - Set up procurement policy - Sourcing & securing resource/sub-contracting - Suppliers management - Set up suppliers alliance - Better Buy - pricing management - On-time delivery Requirements: - BS Degree, major in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics). - 5 years working experience in sourcing - Working knowledge of Six Sigma, statistical process controls, Lean Manufacturing business processes - Self-starter and Result-Oriented - Excellent communication skills and good command on English for both writing & Oral - Strong negotiation skills - Good project management skills
