Job     Job Title: Assistant Mgr Export Operations Location(s): Shanghai Number: 1 Company: American Company Responsibilities: - Assist in CKD business and strategy development - Assist in implementing new CKD business at China JVs - Develop and document business processes in conjunction with the JVs in the following areas ( homologation, engineering releasing, engineering change coordination, capacity planning, purchasing, supplier scheduling, logistics, consolidation and packaging, quality, and others, as may become necessary) - Investigate other CKD suppliers for best practices - Maintain positive business relationships with China’s JV partners - Assist and facilitate the creation and maintenance of a body of CKD knowledge at China Requirements: - Good verbal and written skills in English and Mandarin - Good interpersonal skills, good team player - Able to leverage other resources when required - Good understanding of relevant Global Systems - Strong computer and computer graphic skills - Experience with JV operations an asset - Background disciplines preferred are: engineering, materials management, logistics, packaging or quality
