Job     Job Title: Regional Finance Planning & Analysis Mgr Location(s): Shanghai Number: 1 Company: American Company Responsibilities: Job Objective: Establish & maintain financial planning & reporting System in APR and improve the finance process by deploying 6 sigma for finance. Key Responsibility: - Assist in forecast and budget - Regional coordination - Regular financial analysis after month end close - Assist in pricing, materials savings, commodity inflation assessment - Work closely with countries and operations - Prepare bridging analysis every quarter - Prepare free cash flow analysis - Ad hoc project assistance Requirements: Education Background: - Bachelor Degree or above, Master Degree is preferred - CPA certification - 6 Sigma Experience and Concept Experience Needed: - Around 6 years of experience in big 4 and US MNC - Two Years or above Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis - Two years experience in Manager Level Skills and Knowledge Needed: - Fluent English required - Team Work and Team Building - Can work under pressure - Logical Communication Skills - Strong Organizing ability - Self Motivation
